Did you register this card? If yes, you can call and terminate the card. I don't think it can be transferred to new card, I asked before but I could be wrong.

If it's not registered then I think no other way to prove it.. sweat.gif

good that you registered before.

email?? you should have called to block the card right away. you could lose a lot (even for an hour) if the person who picked up your card went to shopping at hypermarkets or pharmacies, or even dine at certain restaurants. after you called, your card balance will be deducted with an administration fee and termination fee, and the balance will be banked-in to your bank account.

Yes, last time I lost mine, I called immediately to terminate.
For refund, you will need to pay RM 10.60 for service charge. Hope everything will be OK for you. smile.gif

for anything emergency, pls call the respective merchant or banks or issuers; should be your utmost prioritized action.

posting the question here (e.g. 2nd opinion, suggestion, recommendation, etc) should be your secondary task; not ask here first and then take/figure out action later. doh.gif

Was using tng portal to view and check my tng card usage for past few month. So far so good the record accuracy.

But, recently encountered missing transaction record for toll usage from Jul19 to Jul26.

Anyone experience before and how u usually report it to tng?

For my case, it was about 3-4 days before the transactions appeared. But the balance already deducted.

that day i went giant, wanted to pay using touch n go, they say all along don't have that service, is it true?
