Here it is. My friend happens to be at Kuchai Lama and took the pic for me. Notice the "Letak kad TnG" words at the bottom right corner? You slot in the card and wait for it to read. But apparently it doesnt work. For this machine you have to key in your full car registration number.

post it to tng's fb wall and shot them kawkaw for the lousy service (although not their fault altogether, but pressure them to pressure back the parking kiosk provider).

Last month my TnG card suddenly cannot be used anymore when I used it to reload... Then I went to TnG Hub KL Sentral and told me it has been blocked and I cannot use it anymore, so the officer helped me to fill in a form for refund.

Last week I received email telling me that my refund wasn't approved, so I called to check and the CS guy cannot tell me the reason at that point of the time and promised will call me back, he didn't.

Long story short, I called on Tuesday again to check the status and this time the CS guy told me it will be processed and I will get the refund this Thursday. He didn't tell me why I got the email earlier.

Anyway, I checked my bank account today and I got more than I expected. I remembered I only had RM 20.++ left and I just checked TnG Portal, I only had 26.64 in that inactive card but the refund I got was RM 75.44.

Any idea?

so lesson learned... never slot in touchngo card as it's supposed to be used to tap only lol...

p/s: the only places i slot in my tng card are my wallet's compartment and smart tag device.

Yes. At first I thought it was named 'test card' due to i register it with touch n go 4 years after I bought the card and without topping up any value since purchase. then until I saw yours post also shows the word 'test card' that's why I confirm with you if that's the Doraemon world 2012 card.

I lost my TNG card!!!
It has more than RM300 balance in it!!!
Can the CS help me to cancel the card and refund/transfer to another TNG card?
