I just notice the TnG card statement we get from app is split into offline(non PayDirect) and online(PayDirect) transaction doh.gif
For me to do claim need to carefully look tru both tables to avoid miss any transaction.

Just to share that I used PayDirect last week and the transaction wasn't posted till today. Since then I have utilized all the balance inside the ewallet and just now the TnG app notified me that there is a pending trx due to insufficient balance, pls top up asap to continue using ewallet..sweat.gif

wow, they allow overdraft brows.gif u can stop using the account and create another new account if u want to continue using innocent.gif

I don't dare la Uncle Victor, TnG have my info, later they track me and bring me to court how? The amount is only RM2.10 sweat.gif

Is it LDP 1U there?

I use LDP only a daily basis and the transaction delay is ridiculous! Like u said, later one lum sum they will deduct money and if we don't have enough money to pass then die loh. I know can use t&g as backup but that defeat the purpose of pay direct then.

last week 29-30 have problem for me when pass toll with RFID, but mine is ok since 2nd May, they deduct the toll charges for 29-30 April on 2nd May

Is LDP paydirect entitled 20% rebate? I just started used yesterday (paydirect) but didnt see the rebate?

Rebate is in the form of cash back. Maybe check the trx history?

Should be under "My Toll Rebates" but i didnt see mine ... hmm.gif

If it's like last time, it's one RM2.50 drink per transaction so you just make multiple separate orders. The Tealive in Sg Long even had a handwritten sign with those instructions.

Slightly diff question. I usually reload my TnG like in RM200 in petrol kiosk as I frequently drive and uses TnG card for tolls.

Currently I have like 270+ in total in card... and I topup more frequently with TnG APP with YOLO more then topping up my TnG Card lol... Thanks to PayDirect (also gotten my 10+5+5 toll rebates in mere 3 days thanks to LDP integration)

Now my question is... Excluding Withdrawal the funds from the card (With extra charges of iinm RM15+ per transaction) to my savings... Or Keeping my TnG APP empty so I can utilize the funds in my card... Is there anyway to transfer the funds to the app from the card?

I seldomly use PLUS these days due to change of projects... and with most klang valleys highway has been "PayDirect-ed"... So except keeping my app without funds... or is there a Switch-like button to disable paydirect therefore it utilize the funds from the card? hahaha!!!

If you want to utilise the fund in your physical TnG card, then remove the card from your TnG eWallet app. If the card is not added into the app, it won't deduct the fare from your eWallet. So once you have used until it reaches the level you want, then add it back to the app.

Hi guys,

I encountered some issue with my Touch N go card today.

I sent some msg to TNG FB page but there's no response.

Can anyone tell me what is the problem?

- Hi, good day. I would like to seek clarification for the following error(?) when using the card - the card has been checked in

- What does it means?

- To provide further details, yesterday I went to shopping mall A and tried to use the card for parking entry but it failed.

- And today i went to shopping mall B and tried to use the same card for parking entry. Then I saw the error prompt/msg

- Both times the barrier gates didn’t open

- and of course the card doesn't work when leaving shopping mall B as well.
