No confirmation at all From my experience, there’s no confirmation button after the cashier scanned my barcode. The transaction just go through immediately. I also encountered the same thing as you once and I guess there’s nothing that can be done.

I’ve observed that using a 2nd TnG eWallet on a phone where the 1st TnG eWallet has redeemed all 5 cashbacks, will not give any cashbacks. The message “not eligible” comes up.
Anyone can confirm this? I only tried once. My son’s phone (Digi) data was extremely slow, the TnG QR refuse to display. So he logged in on my phone (Maxis) to make the purchase and got the “ineligible” message.
Problem solved by switching back to his phone and using my hotspot.
Cashbacks for RM24-25 3.40 3.10 4.40

I tried to call 03-2714 8888 last Friday. It was extremely to get in like almost an outage. After about 10 attempts, I was able to get a hold on them.
