FREE Touch 'n Go Cards at Tolls

Grand Saga (Cheras-Kajang Highway) will be distributing 2,000 Touch ‘n Go cards, with a total value of RM28,000.

Grand Sepadu (New North Klang Straits Bypass Expressway (NNKSB)) will also be distributing 1,000 Touch ‘n Go cards, with a total value of RM14,000

Each card comes with a preloaded value of RM4.00. The card will be issued at the toll plaza cash lanes beginning on 23 December 2015 (Wednesday) until stocks last.
Lebuhraya KL-Kuala Selangor (LATAR) will be distributing 1,000 Touch ‘n Go cards, with a total value of RM10,000.

The card will be issued at the toll plaza cash lanes beginning on 25 December 2015 (Friday) at 6am until stocks last.

That day do refund for an expired card. I purposely reloaded rm300(those method with rebate) to it before expiry,  Tng Hub in sentral say only can transfer balance to my bank account or transfer to NEW tng card. cannot transfer to other existing card.

They say whole process takes 1 month after submit form in sentral. So kindly be patience

That's old way... now it's FREE for expiry card. I guess it's their fault to choose such a lousy system which expires.

if it becomes inactive, it's useless already. you need to call the cs to terminate and withdraw your balance money. you can't reactivate it back.

that rm5 will be deducted every year for dormant account but doesn't mean it's reactivated right?

but not for my case. my tesco tng card just dormant (no transaction) for 1 year + 1 day and it's already permanently deactivated. once deactivated, an administration deactivation fee of rm5.30 will be imposed. this fee does not mean that it is reactivated.

but if i let it continue to stay inactive, every 6 months will charge rm5 for maintenance fee until the balance finished or until i return the card. tng cs asked to terminate and get the balance transferred to my account.

con by Touch N Go. If you didnt use at lease once for the card in a year, then will be dormant account. and you need to pay for activation. Where the heck is the t&c on this? and the money inside the card is gone!

yeah, i think i already mentioned this few months back. but after i complained very harsh, i got the whole amount of money refunded to me into my savings account lol...

And I wondering why don't operate multiple lanes for Smart Tag/TnG Only as I noticed some of lanes are always closed, never open.

If there is no plan to open for operation for daily purpose, why still build it without using?

Nowadays quite many people using Smart Tag right, sometimes rather use TnG lane faster than Smart Tag lane

can share exactly where's the customer service offices for KESAS, NPE, and MEX? I never seen any accessible road. Usually just zommed by 
i got few rebates too   dilemma whether to waste money to find their office  also, cannot redeem all rebates at one place, e.g. TNG Hubs @ Bangsar or KL Sentral.

all toll-specific rebates must go back to their respective office to redeem.

check their respective offices.

usually, only weekdays, but most opened till late evening.

usually, those free x-hour parking applicable to ticket, not tng.

May I know what time you enter? because flat rate rm2 apply after 6pm.

Besides that, oasis square is famous with their faulty parking system, better take ticket on the safe side.
