Btw, read on the terms, we know physical card own by CIMB (shareholder) and e-wallet is JV between AliPay and CIMB

Thus we as consumers have to tick n agreed in info sharing between companies
That's y sync between wallet n card facing many challenges

Deducting from e-wallet is the default option.
If balance is low, will switch to physical card.
Sounds cool but not sure how smooth it is.

yes, already described in the app.

remove card would be useless. when adding back, it will enable auto-deduct.

stupidest T&C by forcing ppl.

So the fare is deducted both way...
Look like By default, deduct from E-wallet...

Both ways will be good. Because I usually have min of RM30 in my TnG cards. Previously for parking and recently as a backup for RFID.

OK, this is a tad bit frustrating. Anyone able to top-up their TnG eWallet now? I was able to top-up RM10 this morning from my Maybank Barca VS but when I tried again in the evening, it failed before it even reaches the OTP page.
