Hi wanna ask about the parking fee in jusco, usually if we take the parking ticket, and we come out within 2 hours, the fee is free with jusco card, but if we pay using touch n go, how to show that we have jusco card?

Finally I saw the button to redeem cashback upon payment... and it was soo small.

Paid for RM5.90 & received RM1.20 cashback. I think the cashback amount will always be lower than the payment amount.

if to deduct from CARD, just use the card as-is lor. no need link to TNG eWallet.

if linked, PayDirect will take effect:

1) deduct from ewallet first
2) if ewallet not enough balance, it will deduct from card

Just to report, the shell petrol station nearby my house accept ewallet for tng reload but they do have surcharge like normal.

So if they don’t accept Amex for weekend reload I think top up with grab also not bad

just to clarify. i have go to kl sentral for refund but i still received email from tng ask me take copy ic and selfie picture. do i need to do this coz the person say wait few weeks the money will be refunded.

the customer service say no more free tng card. need to purchase the nfc card once our tng card expired.

When I enquired previously, that was he reply as well, ala, just 10 bucks, beli ajelah. Its only free when your older card expires and they will transfer the balance amount to the new NFC card.

Just came back from KL Sentral.

TNG card need 1 month BEFORE expiry then can replace free.
2 months before also cannot
