Just now drove past Duke highway
Used smart tag aka card
Fare deducted e-wallet instead even my card have RM30 plus balance

yup, money from ewallet will be deducted first, if not enuf then will be deducted from physical card. though i'm not sure if can deduct partial partial or full from physical card.

I tried to add airasia's bigpay card to my TnG wallet but it failed everytime. Why ?

Known issue. You can do your part by complaining the same to TnG eWallet's FB to pressure them into expediting the solution.
