Suppose the price last time 200k now 500k he want buy back 180k cause don't want flippers earn, don't wan lawyer earn, dun wan banker earn. Nobody can earn except him.

He always said ppl make up facts...some comments I take is from him and iceman from few v ago.

1st thing, bear bear got no money to buy.

2nd thing, bear bear wants more than 50%drop. He wont buy once the price has increase more than 200k.

Typical useless rubbish. Cant even buy a "rubbish" property. Which makes him one level lower than a rubbish. Anyone can make a good guess what that is?

rental market and selling market are difference.

Can share which area or which project SELLING 10%-15% drop? share to all. Me and Bro Bear interested. I will accumulate more in my portfolio if value buy.

AhBear not happy people ask discount from his GF legal firm, also don't like people asking discount for his PAMA land.

But

He always ask people for 20% discount on other people property, even newly launch property like Cloud Tree also he ask for discount as he deem property can't finish within 2 week of launching must give discount, Property vacant for more than 2 months must give discount.

Maybe he want to drag buying house for married, as he want to wait longer so that PAMA in law have no choice but to give him 10-20% discount on "Pin Kam" (Mas kahwin) less wedding diner table, less Chi Mui Angpow + free house for marrying their daughter.. laugh.gif

Foreclosure sales at 50% of precrashed price is not uncommon during distressed period as seen in the u.s, u.k, Spain, greece, etc. If interest rate raised by 3%, this price is almost certain will be available locally.

This has already been discussed previously, to bring us down interest need to increased 10-15% meaning bank charging 15-20% of interest for home & business loan, which i believe your Ice Cream Stall is more likely to close shop first... laugh.gif
