U prefer to put all eggs into 1 basket, determine affordability based on 70% dsr.. I prefer based on 1/3 salary to determine my affordability.. Worst in worst pay 3 house with myself, but really very hard for this to happen o.. 2 houses can easily rent out with 2k++ o.. Or i could sell off my old house and undercon house later to get a debt free studio.. low risk debt no harm to take more ma right?
