However, his friend who order much later, already went through until step #4.
I agree final delivery at step #3 may varies, maybe by 1-2 days max. But for the order to process (#1) and fall into #2 system, shouldn't it be in proper sorting order ?
I assume BS will receive a large batch of orders on first few days. They would then coordinate with GDex on their delivery logistics as Maxis definitely told them the 7 working days window so they just need to make sure everything gets delivered by then.
