sorry to hear that. but if i remember correctly it's already stated in their terms upfront during pre-order, changing of address is not allowed. not so sure about someone else signing off the package but this is not under Maxis' control, it should be BS. self collection will screw up BS tracking and stuff i think.
unfortunately every company have their own Standard Operating Procedure, how stuff works. also they have their asses all covered in their T&C; there might be delay in delivery, refund, etc etc. there's nothing much that you can do. your best bet is to get them to send it to the hospital, since yours is quite a unique case.
good luck.
I actually checked with BS before calling mos.unfortunately every company have their own Standard Operating Procedure, how stuff works. also they have their asses all covered in their T&C; there might be delay in delivery, refund, etc etc. there's nothing much that you can do. your best bet is to get them to send it to the hospital, since yours is quite a unique case.

Bs said delivery would be this week but cannot commit which day and if I want to assign a proxy I need to inform maxis. So she suggested I call maxis to change the delivery address....
But what I got from maxis is deliberately why did you opt for delivery instead of self collection when I pre ordered.
What got me even more frustrated is that I am not allowed to speak to anyone above the CS level as she claim that she is doing her job.
Does that mean maxis only have one level of handling their unhappy customers? This shows that they don't even bother to retain and me stupidly being loyal to them for the past 12yrs.
