nope. if the area is under bs then bs will deliver on its own. and bs is very strict regarding delivery to 3rd party so i changed it to my office address.

I just had the worst conversation with mos CS Lalitha.
Thinking maxis would have some courtesy to be flexible as I will be admiting to hospital tonight not knowing when I can be discharge...

I asked if I can get someone to sign off the package on behalf-answer is no,
I asked if I can do self collection with bs since my phone is already there-no as well
I asked if the address could be send to hospital -a big fat no too

I got angry and asked so you took my money and not willing to give me my phone ,self collect or assign a proxy.

She asked me to get a refund and walk in to their maxis store to purchase or arrange the delivery date to a month later.
I got even angrier and requested to speak to manager.
She said this is how they handle the angry customers and there is no need to speak to the mgr as it will be the same.
All the angry customers accepted the 14days refund!
I want the refund now why must I tolerate with their 14 days nonsense and not allowing me to speak to the mgr.

How can I escalate this to their higher mgmnt?...

Sorry to hear that a lot of you have yet to receive the phone but does anyone know when would the next stock be available for 64 and 128GB models of I6+ for walk in customers / next pre-order batch at maxis?

Guys after all the stress i finnaly received my phone.
i hope your phones will arrive soon as well. BS is really doing their best.

plain rude of her. change of address is acceptable. i just changed mine to my office address. A CS at MOS suggested me to take unpaid leave and bum around to wait for my phone. stupid .

Called BS just now. Was trying to confirm the date of delivery but somehow got to know that my phone was delivered last friday and asked whether did the dispatch boy call me, i said no. They said will ask the dispatch to give me a ring. It seems my phone went missing now and only God knows when i will be getting the phone.

sorry to hear that. but if i remember correctly it's already stated in their terms upfront during pre-order, changing of address is not allowed. not so sure about someone else signing off the package but this is not under Maxis' control, it should be BS. self collection will screw up BS tracking and stuff i think.

unfortunately every company have their own Standard Operating Procedure, how stuff works. also they have their asses all covered in their T&C; there might be delay in delivery, refund, etc etc. there's nothing much that you can do. your best bet is to get them to send it to the hospital, since yours is quite a unique case.

change of address is allowed. You just have to notify maxis to 'change of delivery address' and they will key in their system but would not be shown at MOS . BS allows address changes but only approval from maxis . As they do the delivery based on the address in the system. After verifying all the details then only they will change the address.

Mine MOS133XXXX 31st 4am oso maxis haven't processed for BS... I expect to see iOS 8.1 preinstalled in my 64gb 6+ SG haha

IF you are getting the 64GB especially space grey, you will have to wait because they can't even deliver it to those people who have pre-ordered on 31/10-3/11.

Guys, when you all are calling BS, and they've mentioned that the phone is out for delivery, don't forget to ask for the consignment number. Just got off the phone with BS, the nice lady checked my order and gave me the GDex consignment number. Called GDex, and they said that it will be send before 5pm today. Ordered a 128GB SG iP6+ on 31st Oct, 5pm. MOS ID 1364106.

Having one hell of a WFT moment, Just received my iPhones from Apple where I ordered them on the 6th November. And my order from Maxis is still no where in sight.

Anybody from Maxis in the forum, please help, cant afford to wait at home everyday for the delivery.
