The BS staff asked me to call maxis and ask. And I was like just forget it.
Maxis cs is really worst. Cannot give any specific answer

Ordered on november 1st 11am+

I think urs 64gb shld be more ppl ordering. Cause when I wanted to order 64gb out of stock only I ordered 128gb

Just received SMS from Maxis stating MOSxxxxxx is dispatched. Tracking number for your order is MOSxxxxxx.

Secs later received another sms. Your Order MOSxxxxx is delivered.

I on the other hand, have already got the phone since Saturday by GDEX. hahaha oh maxis....

Get this reply from MOS chat agent. asking why my order not yet send to BS.

Chat Agent:
Upon checking, we are processing it according to the que. Nevertheless, your device will be delivered to you within 7 working days from the day of the launch (Nov 6)

Just got an SMS from Maxis saying that the phone has been delivered and an email from MOS thanking me for choosing their services. My phone has been with me since last Saturday. Now when I go to the tracking page, their is no more tracking button that I can click on.

Anyone with order number MOS137xxxx got your phone already?

I check with BS last Friday they said will send either today or tomorrow but just now called again they say within this week. So am I need to wait at home for one week just because of the phone???
