Something really we can fire back them. Why are they telling us 7-14 days will be delivered on the day of order when MOS written within 7 days only?!

i had to MOS and they replied status is pending delivery within 7~14 days, maxis rili maxshit!!!

last friday i call BS and they say will delivery to me on monday or tuesday, today i try call and BS answer is 1 to 2 days, i will get it tomorrow or wednesday ...!!!!!!!!!!!

just received my iphone fr GDEX, which i ordered thru phone on 2 NOV .

Only 12 months. Unless you buy extended warranty.

Currently yes, only 12 months. Back then during iPhone 4s, it follows your contract (up to 2 years). First year direct by Maxis, 2nd year handled by Brightstar.

Source: I'm a current owner of an iPhone 4S with 2 year contract that went through warranty claim during the 2nd year.

Extended warranty included replacement set for you if you lost the unit.

My friend got his new unit after he lost his iphone in overseas last month though.

Not sure, they let third party insurance to handle it.

me too 1st time apple convert from samsung supporter...didn't really realize the craziness of the iphone6 launch when i decided to pre-order from maxis...

although i was frustrated on 31st Oct morning (tried from midnight to 2am....no luck...fell asleep...next day in office tried whole morning also no luck), i was able to confirm my order at 5pm the same day...

i was pleasantly surprised on saturday lunch time when maxis called to say i was selected for midnight express so i immediately told my boss i'm taking 6th Nov off! phone arrived exactly at midnight (although i noticed they were already scouting for my house at 11pm) and i couldn't sleep till 4am to set up the new phone (luckily i took the day off)

seeing this forum thread, i really feel that i struck lottery liaw by being selected for midnight express and making my 1st iphone acquisition such a pleasant one...

i hope those who are still waiting will get their phones soon too! 

Just got off the phone with BS. A nice lady called Christine told me I will get my phone before 12 pm tomorrow.

So I can still make my flight and have my phone with me ..
