Its a credit card's company procedure I guess... Before this I order at Apple Online Store, then I cancel before it got shipped... Then 14 days later only got refunded... |

You should check back on this thread and see. |

Preordered 1 day after launch. Ask to wait till mid dec. cancelled and bought 2 from Apple online. 3 working days arrived. He is so thankful he listened |

I think it's a fact that you get from Apple Store way much faster than from maxis. Throw in Brightstar into the picture and you get even more delays. I guess those here still waiting for maxis (myself included) are just looking to buy the phone slightly cheaper after subsidies from signing a contract. |

Maxis online, brightstar delivery.
When i received, the box is ok and completely sealed. As a gift so i didnt open it straight away.
Then when i reach home, saw a horizontal crack lines on the screen.
Saw a spot crack spot on the screen also. Think is somethings heavy knock on the screen, cos apple only use the outer box to protect the screen.
Called hotline, ask me go report at maxis center. Hotline also not sure what is the exact solution for this.

My Iphone 6 Plus 64GB Gold set had 2 dent marks and when I unboxed it, I found the cardbox holding the phone to be bent. I guessed they must have mishandled the phone or something. Very unprofessional.  |
