CS123 called to confirm the delivery to me is 14-Nov (Friday) as earlier they can't confirm the exact date of 13th or 14th. Should I be happy or angry for the 1 week delay ? |

I agree final delivery at step #3 may varies, maybe by 1-2 days max. But for the order to process (#1) and fall into #2 system, shouldn't it be in proper sorting order ? |

Update: iPhone 6 Plus 64GB space gray preorder. Finally, tracking is available today (11-11-2014). Maxis send the order to BS to process.

I told him off this is not any news for me, I already know this last Friday. There is no value-add from CS for this call. 7) 12th Nov (today just now) 6pm+ BS called and say nearby my initial address. Not my changed address. 8) Collected, and there is only 1x sim card. Refer #5 above. Just look how many things Maxis screw me up. There is so many things that the entire Maxis team from top to bottom that needs to revamp and improve. I don't know whether there is more to add, if both my sim cards going to disconnect. I'm not plugging in the new single sim card for now. BTW, it comes with iOS 8.0.2 and I need to upgrade to 8.1 before I can restore from current phone. |
