Latest estimate update for pre-order delivery is 13-14 Nov next Thu for models like iP6+ 64GB space gray.
I believe this model for pre-order, run out of stock for other team/event and waiting next batch delivery from Apple.

No, you can't Better switch to other telco like DiGi, Celcom, etc.

I don't mind and will support/join your cause. Slightly later than your order, 7am+. They call and "claim" my set should be deliver at 13th/14th Nov, another week to wait.
But do you think Maxis care ?

iPhone 6 plus 64GB space gray pre-order.

CS123 called to confirm the delivery to me is 14-Nov (Friday) as earlier they can't confirm the exact date of 13th or 14th.
Should I be happy or angry for the 1 week delay ?

Just for the subsidized phone price. As company fully reimburse my phone bill.

Seems Maxis is still screwing up and not first come first serve basis

I guess sales & marketing for Apple or Maxis/telcos, whether local marketing or overseas regional staff, mistakenly assume the purchasing power in Malaysia. They thought due to price gap, there will be more demand for cheaper and lower 16GB models.

They thought 3k+ for 64GB, unlikely will have buyers, since 2k+ is already expensive.

Unknown to them, even with subsidy reduction and price of goods/consumables increasing, people are still spending without any effects. Traffic jams are still as crazy as ever. iPhone demands are still as high every year.

If you follow the entire thread, this is the summary of how it works:
1) Order through MOS/Maxis, confirm payment.
2) Then MOS/Maxis release order to Brightstar, for packing.
3) Then only delivery by BS/GDex.
4) Customer receive package.

The issue is seancorr made full payment, but his MOS is still not in BS system. i.e. Maxis has not release the order yet and still at step #1
However, his friend who order much later, already went through until step #4.

I agree final delivery at step #3 may varies, maybe by 1-2 days max. But for the order to process (#1) and fall into #2 system, shouldn't it be in proper sorting order ?

Read my earlier post again. Maxis has not send the order to BS to process. The MOS number does not exist in BS system for tracking yet.

It's quite clear MOS runs out of iPhone 6 Plus 64GB Space Gray since 31st 3am order. Apple is sending next batch this week, and MOS will send the order to BS by Wed/Thu. BS will sort the delivery and send out by Thu/Fri.

Yet, MOS/Maxis PR, sales, marketing and communication did not inform customers with up to date info and correct manner.

Update: iPhone 6 Plus 64GB space gray preorder. Finally, tracking is available today (11-11-2014). Maxis send the order to BS to process.

But why the date is 8-Nov and updated today only ???
I'm expecting to receive delivery this Fri 14-11 as promised by Maxis.
Let's see if any more screw up.

If get Wed, means jackpot.

Gold should possible delivery Tue/Wed/Thu.
If Fri, means screwing you again.

CS and front liners taking the $h!t, do you think those management, sales, marketing, PMO, etc. care ? Probably they having their regular meetings, chit chat, laugh, and go for a drink. Quota hit already.

Just received my iPhone 6 Plus 64GB Space Gray from BS. MOS pre-order 7am+ 31st Oct.

Busy now, update later.

Me. Although I'm content to receive my iPhone 6 Plus 64GB Space Gray already, below is the list of screw ups:

1) Ordered 31st Oct, nothing shipped on 6th Nov (I got print screen)

2) Not going to repeat the sh1t between 6th Nov until 10th Nov. Read the whole thread.

3) 6th Nov Maxis called to say not going to deliver last week, will be this week and cannot confirm date. I ask them to check and call me back.

4) 7th Nov afternoon, same Maxis CS called and update latest will deliver 14th Nov. Then I inform the change of address. Also, I'm on 2x sim card package and please send 2x. She says noted down into system.

5) 7th Nov evening, another CS called and repeat the same thing as #4. Address change is noted into remarks, but not updated into actual delivery address Also did not update the 2x sim card. I ask, either send me 2x new sim card, or don't send me any sim card at all. He put me on hold for a moment to check with supervisor. Then he promise Maxis will NOT send me any sim card and can use back existing one. Very stern with the CS, and he promise it will be updated.

6) 11th Nov, another CS called and very happily told me will deliver latest by 14th Nov. I told him off this is not any news for me, I already know this last Friday. There is no value-add from CS for this call.

7) 12th Nov (today just now) 6pm+ BS called and say nearby my initial address. Not my changed address. Refer #4 above.

8) Collected, and there is only 1x sim card. Refer #5 above.

Just look how many things Maxis screw me up. There is so many things that the entire Maxis team from top to bottom that needs to revamp and improve.

I don't know whether there is more to add, if both my sim cards going to disconnect. I'm not plugging in the new single sim card for now.


BTW, it comes with iOS 8.0.2 and I need to upgrade to 8.1 before I can restore from current phone.

Wonder if Maxis will continue screw me up and send another unit to me tomorrow
