Chimes corner was about 1mil then. Slow market appreaciation now i think. I just hope the road to skve finished earlier rather than tree planting project.

Is there such thing as property price drop? Think never heard of it. Except in states.

Well ya. Connectivity is important for me. Esp the public transport. I dont really care bout the appreciation and whatnot.

not many tolls lar... only 3 for 1way... pay at exit Putrajaya RM2.20 (from BSP) then enter MEX 1st toll RM2.50 2nd toll RM1.50...
same if u take Kesas straight away... 2 Kesas toll and 1 Mex toll... almost same amount but high traffic flow...

guys just wonder that once vp out, do u intend to renovate first? ie plaster ceiling, carporch tiles and perhaps kitchen? if so, how long u think it will take / and normal budget. calculating my math for next year.

ps i might need a reputable contact for those later. thanks.

yea. but how did that eric got in. looks like a new unit to me.

just wonder that cemented porch is enough to put in 2 cars? seems unlikely to me. the end lot ones looks enough fit.

We always hear AI will be hard to mature as a town. Is it true? no extra land for commercial development?

As for resale value / renting power, it depends on alot of things.
Connectivity is one of them. Hence i believe if IJM wants to sell more, they need Rimbayu another way out. not using the roundabout only.

It will be better if IJM can provide another forms while VP to set up RA. in this case we need not to gather all at the same time.
