Htc is about 133m from the closest house. Went to their SA office today and htc is facing rear of the hse not ar entrance

For malaysian market, dual frontage would have better resale or conventional better?

In fact i too feel a little weird having living at back end... As all taiko said here, Malaysian still need time to adapt these. But dual frontage seeling at premium price 20-30k xtra from conventional...

If strata, i think its ok for dual frontage. If not strata and to expect local council to clean n trim common gardens, hmmm best of luck.

If ur family more than 5, better TA 3 storey. But if small fly around 3-4, end lot better..but end lot also u cant do any outer reno till it change the facade since its strata. With small kids around, end lot 👍

Depends on individual...
Some prefer bigger build up where 3 floor used as kid playroom, study room, guest room. Fengshui wise some say better cause u live higher than others.😜.

My couz sent some pics to me yesterday. Seems like a very nice place but the stairs leading up to the 3rd floor is definitely not suitable for old ppl. His family got 4 kids so I guess its ok.
