its about 10 m apart .. you have 5ft land next to your living room, followed by 25ft linear garden, followed by another 5ft neighbors' land... so 35ft in total... about 10 m ... ok la...

I went to Tropicana Aman launch on the 2nd day... to look at their G&G linked homes.

ALL the corners were sold out within 2 days

Prices were about 1.04M for double storey corner , and 1.2M for 3 storey corner.

Corner units are 24x75, while intermediate are 22x75.

Sorry forgot to ask price for intermediate units as I wasnt interested in those. But looking at those prices, I'm pretty sure the intermediate would be asking for higher then the RM660k Chimes subsales offers going around currently...

One of my friend checked out some of the offers... 660k seems to be bumi price... but you can definitely get it for around 700k ... My friend checked out one unit with auspicious number going for 720k.

hm.... that mean the buyer fetch around 150k after VP. Even minus out all expenses, he can still easily get 70k and above. Quite decent profits in two years time

700k... is... asking price.. not traded price.

I would think it would be more representative to use traded price for counting the so called "profits"

It's correct. But I suppose seller won't announce the transacted price. We are all in a wild guess game. It just make us happy when we see a 'paper' gain

It's leasehold. The adjoining TA, Rimbayu and Eco Sactuary are all leasehold.
