Ijm should take active role to ensure selangorku houses truly staying with houseowners. Once occupying with foreigners, illegal workers, Rimbayu is gone.

The project is good, only need careful filtering out irresponsible opportunities at the beginning.

Staying at usj for more than 15 yrs. Seeing how the low cost housing worsen the securities. I'm not against the project, just do the better filtering and control. Let the truly needed young families own the houses, not foreigners, illegal workers.
