QUOTE(waiDEE @ Mar 23 2015, 11:09 AM) the location is quite strategic for future... in next 2-5years... it just located at the junction between towards Jln Kebun/Kesas (Kebun Link) and access to SKVE Tg Duabelas Exit and WCE Exit... Direct access to SKVE from BR is planned to be ready by end 2017. Road construction is in progress. The access to WCE is forecasted to be ready by 2019, but since this is a federal government project so the exact date is anybody's guess! QUOTE(mingyew @ Mar 31 2015, 03:10 PM) Like that is not fair to buyers already. Who gonna bear the interest cost for owner cannot occupy the unit. i think you can request from the bank to start your loan installment payment, rather than continuing paying the progress interest.i did that many years ago, and the bank allowed me to do so even though it was not part of the loan agreement. |

QUOTE(happyice @ Apr 25 2015, 08:30 PM) In my opinion, you can still drive to putra heights, take lrt to klcc, i think single line no need to change train. Or drive using MEX, and forgot what highway, pay more toll but i believe can reach within 1 hour even peak hours... were you referring to the future LRT 2? i knew there would be an lrt station at putra heights, but is the line goes direct to KLCC?Actually even if you are staying puchong, peak hours, it's all car, from klcc u need longer to reach home even though nearer... Of course maybe if u stay north of selangor or pj then will be better... but more expensive |

KL traffic is bad... where is "PH"? putera heights?for info... both LRT lines endup at PH...and both can reach KLCC..depend which one u will take later (2016 onwards lah)... and somemore there will be BRT project also surrounding Subang Jaya/Shah Alam area soon...
