Good luck. Coinsidently while having tea time at mamak in cyber a few weeks ago I overheard some african talking about GP. From the discussion content, its as if they are interested in renting there. ( I was not eavesdropping, they were in a group n they talk loudly)

I hope they can go rent at the place, D Pulse or shaftbury. I want to see which owner is stupid enough to rent to them .... After so many awareness created, I think owner should know the consequences of renting to those people, unless this owner buy GP without planning and seriously no money to pay installment. Also if this really happen, management should do something about it, for example provide the Passport#, photo, college details and other information, so if management detected something bad, kick him out GP, and the owner needs to do it him or herself ... agree?

before VP already have plan? well done!
well, there are more than 1000 units there
mostly are speculators/investors
what matters to them are monthly rental and to flip

so it is hard to control but at least you put the effort to group all is better than none
just take a look at LKW
how many PH there?

better to control then it is too late to kick them out
any confirmed commercial tenants?

i will not but i am sure speculators will
that is why we need to know how many genuine owners there bought for stay? it will be minimal because the GP is designed for rental to students
PH students like to party...drunk and accidentally lean and broke the partition for 3 beds unit...

Can the community control on the tenant? For example, provide full details of that's person to rent to management, so management can monitor. Actually, we should create awareness to owner to rent to the correct person, even though now with GP FB and This forum, I think only about 100/900 owners know and care about GP, the rest??? All think can flip money easily with such economical situation?

GP basically design for students and LKW students is the main targets.

However, LKW student still is better option than the rest of u and colleges in cbj. By all means, other high rise in cbj having the same issue.

I guess the best way is to form JMB and impose tight security in GP, for the good of everyone! The price of GP will definitely appreciate in the future with MRT2 in plan.

Us owners need to make sure GP is maintained well and safe with quality tenants.

Yes indeed. The only competitor is The Place but with limited units. That's where GP will fill up the gap for the demands from LKW.

I hope the rejected tenants form The Place, the low quality one don't come to GP .... Is that possible to tenant needs to be interview by the community first ?

but LKW you know many PH ones
and GP target is LKW. so you know la the outcome...
and the commercial shop lots there all lepak
hope more will be careful in letting out.

I guess LKW students is still the better quality than others. I would opt for LKW students than others.

So I do not aware that PH only limited to LKW but at least they are others U student also. Anyway it is good if LKW student not being recognised so some investors could continue to enjoy this rental market

We can see GP from the picture! biggrin.gif To me it is. But depends on the person also, some people don't enjoy walking that much, especially under hot sun. sweat.gif

I am an owner of 2-12-xx Oxford tower 2.
my S&P is dated 8 Sept 2011 and time for delivery of VP stated within 36 months. Any buyers' S&P stating the same 36 months..?
