long time never follow up this how is gu wak zhai? how is peter spring doing? is it VP? gonna go over to see once ready any confirmed quality tenants? or students to rent in batch? |

peter spring, when market slows, speculators are desperate all fighting for tenants to help them to pay monthly loan, they will simply accept tenants
i will not but i am sure speculators will that is why we need to know how many genuine owners there bought for stay? it will be minimal because the GP is designed for rental to students PH students like to party...drunk and accidentally lean and broke the partition for 3 beds unit... |

The price of GP will definitely appreciate in the future with MRT2 in plan. Us owners need to make sure GP is maintained well and safe with quality tenants.
