QUOTE(mataharih @ Mar 18 2015, 06:53 PM) No such letter from Mah Sing. PeterSpring, any new pics of GP? Dont buy verdi...overpriced as hell....they have been launching the past 3 years cannot finish sell....still have so many unit available....This is a bit off-topic but I just wanted to compare the price of GP to other projects in Cyberjaya. I went to D'Pulze and UEM Sunrise were trying to sell their units at Verdi Eco-dominium. Can't believe it will be 40 stories tall! And the units are too pricey for me...I think the 700sq ft 1-bedroom was RM480,00 while the 900-something sq ft 2-bedroom was above RM500,000!!! That's crazy! Wish I was rich enough to buy a unit but looking at that crazy price, I'm amazed at how overpriced apartments are in Cyberjaya. |

Proton and perodua is also a car, then y go for bmw, merc and audi? Depends on how your see the market only... If affordable why not? Unless you are kind of billionaire but driving kelisa and stay at low cost flat... For own stay as long as it's suits your style then any house is a good buy... It might not suits you, but it doesn't mean others are not suitable too... Probably you are those who think what you buy are the best? What others buy are not? Hypocrite |

Yes, we need to voice out our concern with Mah Sing as soon as possible. Unless a person out there can clarify why we're being charged a commercial electricity rate not residential rate for SOHO units (although I'm aware that my unit is listed as commercial on my S&P)...? This is my first home purchase so any experts out there who can voice their opinions, please do so. This post has been edited by mataharih: Mar 19 2015, 03:13 PM |

For those plan to rent out Their unit, higher tariff make you less competitive as well. This is a serious matter we need to pressure Mahsing to dealt with it, rather than simply using land title to justify.

Received mine. Harvard B2, MYR1800. What's is this deposit used for? If we rent out the unit, the tenants will pay for the utility bills, right?

Hi all, I m also one of the GP owner. Please pressure mah sing to convert the TNB from commercial to residential. Even though we are commercial title, but all the newly vp service apt, they are using residential rate, why should we pay more? As for residential, only RM500 meter deposit for all types of apartment.
We had lodge complaint to mah sing. How abt you? |
