From what i have read in the bulletin boards - you need to uninstall COMPLETELY, while connected to the net, to get back your install credit.

so you install, masalah, unsintall, fix problem, then reinstall.

if not, every install they will treat it like its an activated copy.

stupid eh?

paying...RM150 for a game that makes you go around, above AND under the bush to play it.

even then, i'm also reading there are problems with some of the players regarding crashing, stuttering, not loading graphics etc etc.

and yet the XBox 360 ppl are playing it away without problems.

Why i feel like pc games have been relegated to second-class citizens?

i remember when pc games are nice, cool, and not mind-confusing to play...

They really know how to encourage more piracy. And I have already save up RM200 for this game now. Now it started to look like what technomancer once said.. piracy is a better buy (ofcourse lar.. RM200 is equal to 20 titles) with more supports (provided you know where to look for it). Oh well... its not like 2k is giving a good support anyway. They use automated reply for my widescreen problem with Civilization 4.

Stupid lar these fella at 2k and securom. They ruined everything for me...


*And its not like those scene guys won't be able to crack it anyway... it might only just take a little more time than other titles.. that's all.

that does it. I'll buy this game, but no way I'm going to install the ori way. I'd take the crack anyday.

it's not a trojan it's a false positive, just disable whatever antivirus your're using when installing the game. then activate back.

nx days i will play 2nd round with screenies...this week timetables hv been packed with assignment crap

haha...securerom is easier to crack compared to the long hated starforce f***ers. there's no point doing this. they can only stop noob pirates, well, for like 5 minutes.

it runs fine on medium setting on most PC

Alright but my next issue is how to install it. Whenever i click the setup exe, it keeps saying i do not have permission to access the file.

try right clicking on the file & under compatibility mode run under admin privilege.

as long as my 86gt can run high settings on 1024x768, im happy oredi.

but no AA options in-game? need to force in nvidia control panel.

I'm using the new beta driver in Xp. Giving me no problems so far.
