when I received it turns out to be Maybank Islamic Petronas Ikhwan Visa. dafuq...

then those holding Visa Signature, Visa Infinite outside Malaysia consider godlike level?

Something odd, BHP recent promo through LINE giving RM5 vouchers for petrol (minimum spend RM30), I've used it 2 times already. Since I'm kiamsiap, I only pump RM30 using that, the rest of my petrol I will pump using my normal Petron (yay Smiles card) right next door.

Thing is, I swiped the RM30 at their counter (obviously, since need to show the voucher), but based on my calculations I still got this 5% cashback for it. As I recall last time for OCBC Titanium etc. we will only get the petrol cashback based on MCC of the petrol pump, not on swipes at counter.

Anyone can confirm?

What credit card u used? What is the bank pos terminal used? U can check what bank logo printed on credit card receipt.

I think this doesn't included SG and TW..

But some bank platinum still need RM100k, ie, icbc Malaysia.

if you really kiamsiap, should try rm25+rm5 la to fully maximise it. i did that at few bhp before when i pay inside.

you can pay at dispenser too, just pump rm30 first then only go inside to claim the rm5 voucher. so it becomes rm30+rm5.

ocbc tmc last time can get 5% for both at pump and at counter. so far only hlb wise can't use at counter.

I usually enter counter directly to claim and pay RM 25.

But 1 BHPetrol station I met said must pay RM 30 to get pump RM 35. So I left immediately.

is there any minimum amount to be use for this card?

i try to pay rm8.95 using payonline and get rejected >.<...

No, shouldn't have any minimal charges.

no minimum to use this card, but should have minimum amount to use payonline. if not mistaken someone mentioned before.

Re-applied Maybank ikhwan with request of splitting credit limit from my main mbb2cards last week. Today get to know it's already approved. Thank god.

should be no as i pay rm1 before using payonline..
