CC maskedchan, since you suggested I called the CS again.  at least you get a better explanation from the 2nd CS.. since the problem with credit limits, instead of reject, the bank should call u to discuss whether you could reduce the credit limits on current card and having the new card... maybank still much to learn on how to get more customer to spend.. |
