Ya, shld be going coz will be going to semenyih this weekend. Yup, SEH got a CNY event with some locals singing, short story show by ah beng and gang, and got acrobatic show (performer from china). That night was so cool in semenyih

This year will have reunion dinner at Persist 2....to show SEH park

Noticed that Eco Majestic Gallery was added to Waze not too long ago. It will be convenient for those who 1st time visit EMG or who want to avoid bad traffic.

I went to EM 2D show unit again today...I even called my SA to company me for a tour inside the hse...we went thru all over the hse and debating the pro and cons of the layouts..quite satisfied now with the layout...I even noticed tht if we extend the 2feet at the ground floor hall as requested by few owners of 2D....the hse will look messy and abit awkward...and we wont hv the luxury of having a place to sit and relax at the sideways which is well covered currently..I did informed her tht personally I am opposing the idea...My suggestion to other 2D buyers who r not satisfied with the current layout..pls visit the unit at day time with ur SA..you might be surprised with some of the unique features they hv for u in 2D...the 3 feet side verendah is really cool...it was raining heavily today and it was amazing standing at the verendah watching the rain drops....2D finally worth the money..

I think EM has to be flexible and tactful in handling the 2D issue. Instead of revising the original plan and ask the purchasers to just accept it, it should be an option. It will be even better if several options are given.

I went EcoMajestic just now.. Really fedup with the security check and need to fill up our details. The house not even ready yet but needed to do such a thing. Even to visit the show units also needed to register.. Really wasting time. I already feedback to the EM staff on this.

Anyway, went to check cradleton 1A again ans basically nothing can be done already. Just buy furniture, do the kitchen cabinet and wardrobe can move in liao....

To be frank, I do agreed with them to do this even still under constriction.

I went to the show village again today. As claimed by bro Jonathansoh earlier, of type 2F there is one bathroom having the shower head too close with basin but I mistakenly thought it is in the MBR. Notice the space constraint of the bathroom and guess nothing much can be done to improve the situation...

Bro, like cradleton type 1A, nothing can be done with the master bedroom bathroom. If I wanna add bathtub is basically impossible. If upstairs has living hall then can consider to extend till there but there is none coz the other side of the bathroom is the bedroom...
