Price wise for Tiara south will be more expensive due to the larger buildup as a result of 3 storeys structure. Commercial activity for Tiara South I presume is none, they would need to tap into Ecohill link to Semenyih town or Tesco.

One good thing about Tiara South is they are located exactly opposite the arroyo garden (bangalow lot) of SEH. A nice view for me though..  brows.gif  brows.gif

EM also will have a sports complex later, got those standard facilities such as gym, swimming pool, tennis court, badminton court etc..

Passed by EMSO around 6.30pm but didn't came out from the car.  Saw the staff were busy doing the preparations.  Tent was ready at the side lane. Didn't notice any people queuing or perhaps they have gone makan or sitting inside EMSO.

Btw, I think at least 70% of the Cradleton or Tenderfields buyers would not consider GVH regardless which launched first. Diff target I would say.

All 8A at North Garden was opened. Meanwhile 3 rows of 8C was opened.

I think those numbers waiting downstairs could unable to get intermediate unless new rows open later, should be at increased price.
