I asked 2-3 months back, Cradleton first billing should be around Jan 2015 and subsequently Tenderfields.

Not surprise if Feb only billing. Kekekekeke

Since February is CNY month and staff maybe busy on leave and preparing CNY events / activities (guess only but I think very likely will have), hope can defer further to March tongue.gif (FAT hope)

Chris gor, not sure whether EM will show us progress pics just like last time during the 1 month of Talks in EM office... Is good to see the progress of Cradleton smile.gif

I think very likely but very likely not this month or maybe they take the opportunity during pre CNY?

Or else, we can ask the SA show us from their iPad if they have updated version.

I went to the site for a glance or so, during the time I leaving EWG and stop my car at the side, its seems the land is flat out and I believe we will something in next few months, so I not eager at the moment.

I got the latest update from the SA whereby they currently propose to the management to extent the dining hall and living hall to full 25ft which mean the veranda which originally outside and below the 1st floor side balcony now will become part of the dining hall and living so that overall Tenderfield 2D will be looking more spacious  smile.gif

They cannot build the side balcony outside of the 25ft due to authority issue whereby for Tenderfields it must have 10ft fields in order to classify as cluster semi-D  sad.gif

Hopefully the management will approve the suggestion.

Have any semi-d 2F purchaser complaint about the layout is not spacious enough? it looks like the buit up is not 3500 sqf at all. Hope the EM management can change the layout to extend living hall and dining hall like 2D as well.

And also the upstairs family hall is too dark in the day time. It only have 2 small windows at the both side. At least have to make the windows much bigger to bring in the natural light come into the family hall.

Another funny design is at the attached bathroom at the upstairs, the shower head is too close to the basin, every time if we take shower, sure the basin will get all wet.

Hope the EM management to see the complaint and do some revise layout and design on their 2F.

anyone know the purpose of this planter at 2F, 1st Floor ?

i am thinking how to do planting at this 1 1/2'' area ? Where should we get the source to watering the plant then?

Extra time & effort are required to take the water from the MBR toilet to proper maintain the cleanliness of this area if left without any planting. It is open to attract for dengue or dustiness if the owner choose to ignore this area.

This planter is narrow and very hard to access in, having an wall blockage at the front.

My suggestion is for EM to fully extend MBR to occupy this space allocated for planter.

I hv send my complaint to EM regarding the odd location of the shower head for 2C. It is a screwed design in terms of toilet fittings arrangement.
Maybe you should submit your complaint as well to EM so that they are aware of the product complaints.

Saw it today...totally waste of space and material.
Have a question, it's mentioned that 11ft ceiling height is considered "High Ceiling"
What is the average ceiling height for Malaysian landed property.

You quoted 2F, if 2F, the semi-d ceiling should be much higher than 11' ft, in the region of min 13'

Average ceiling heights for Malaysian landed should be around 10' ft.

I dont think the EW put the purpose of this space for planter, but to follow the majestic design and I dont think they will fully extend the said area till the end to lose the touch of majesticness of the icon.

If someone who bought a semi-d of 2F, he already has options of gardening on the extra land, but why would we do some planter on this open area? I much prefer to put a louvre windows to make it more elegant. Not sure anyway, maybe that's just me.

Chriskor, the brochure and S&P classified this area as planter in black and white.

With the lourve windows, does it considered to change the house facade ? Is it allowed in strata titled property ? How about repaint the whole house from its original colour ? Thanks.

Maju Kor, oic.

Lourve windows I think should be no issue, SA told me bfore. Perhaps depends on sizes.

If repaint the whole house definitely kenot, I dont think the management will approve. Not sure if any other strata title is possible for tr management to take risk and approved.

I'm the 2F purchaser. I still can tolerate with the shower head too close with the basin as I think I will be using the bath tub instead. I'm more concerned with the sufficiency of the natural sunlight at the family hall. But I have prepared to install some lighting setup there if the area is deemed too dim. Overall, this is not a perfect dream house for me but I'm still satisfied.

Since the issues are diff from the 2D ones I don't think that EM will make any further amendments notwithstanding the feedbacks or suggestions as this will create issues and complications - not all purchasers will agree with the changes. Alternatively, EM can come out with optional packages for the purchasers to revise or upgrade the internal layout with or without additional costs.
