It really depends where do you work now and if you plan to shift your working location.
In terms of accessibility there will be a new highway exit to bypass semenyih town jam .
There is also another highway cutting from sungai long and ending in ampang if I'm not mistaken , however this highway status is unknown at the moment.
The problem with staying in KV now is that either you choose a location super close to your workplace but extremely crowded , jam and expensive or you choose to travel and get a slightly better quality of life and bigger house .
It really boils down to your preference .
But then again sooner or later you probably won't find a place that won't jam in KV .
Strongly agree... I don't think anyone working in KL city center / Brickfields / Cheras / Sungai Besi / Bukit Jalil / Balakong / Serdang / Putrajaya will find any big problem staying in Ecohill / EcoMajestic for commuting. Those who works around PJ / Mid Valley area, if you are working as flexi hour, don't think you will face any problem staying in Ecohill / EcoMajestic too. Of course those who are working in this area has other choices which is nearer, but in terms of price psf with such living environment, it will be hard I presume.
