QUOTE(Hulihudo @ Dec 1 2014, 02:18 PM) My family advised me to cancel booking after seeing the show units last week, their point of view is too far, not much commercial activities nearby ( not like Setia Alam, near Klang), 1m for a cluster is not cheap considering its location, also, no "wow" effect seeing the show units, interior finishes is just so so like other DS houses. So serious..... |

QUOTE(tengster @ Dec 1 2014, 05:07 PM) I guess people's expectation on that balcony is to able to put their chair there and enjoy the view. But it seems usable only for hanging clothes, which isn't allowed. So, we can question what is that side balcony for, since it is included in overall sqft calculation for the price. This post has been edited by oreomambo: Dec 1 2014, 06:23 PM |

I think he means side balcony of 2D rite?It was 3 ft" and my fren asked SA at the showroom today to confirm. I believe it was all made an ample size for the side sliding door and if too huge, the internal house width would be reduce from the actual 25" as well. I only think it was too long thus more sq ft wasted on non usable space but if to put in te louvre, it looks a lot better. If to put in a table and chairs, it required about 5" ft. |

QUOTE(tengster @ Dec 1 2014, 05:07 PM) I 'm the buyer of 2D, kind of disappointed when look at those balconies. This make me feel those balconies are only for u to easy maintain the sliding doors, even worst for master bedroom balconies, it can only allow single person to stand on it!What will the cost incur, if cancel after S&P signed? Or will it possible switch it to merrydale end lot/corner lot? |

QUOTE(PeriPeri2014 @ Dec 1 2014, 07:16 PM) for cluster, main problem is the balcony. For DSL,the 1D first floor living hall also smaller thn expected... 1C even worst... the first floor living hall as if there's no use at all, only can use for decorative purpose... from all the show unit for dsl, only 1B looks good... From all the living hall,eg. the stairs design, 2E looks the best..at least gave some spacious feel... hopefully some of the design can be carry to DSL and cluster too... |

Honestly, I think 2.5 feet is too narrow. A clear 3 feet sounds better. |

Looks like everybody unsatified With the balcony! But if you Look from positive point of view, base on the layout of 2d, overall size is 35 x 80, the width of building is 25 ft and land is 10 ft. If you look at the layout, the balcony and wet kitchen has been built after 25ft building setback. That means the balcony and part of the wet kitchen is an extra built up space.
Correct me if I'm wrong. |

I'm one of the buyer of 2c(which is the most complainted) I have visited the actual site a few times before I decide to sign the s&p one month ago. Finally I made this decision is because of the whole concept of the Eco world, which is colonial & English concept. This concept is rare in Malaysia yet. For me, the whole environment is important rather than just focus on the house. Although the house looks not so big, (cause cluster is different from semi-d and bungalow), with this price I can get the whole environment, for me it is worth for it. (Just personal point of view)
