overall the event looks good and organized,even with rain...but a bit dissapointed with the show house.The largest terrace1D(24x75) do not gives a feel of "grand"nor "big".... same goes to largest cluster(2D).. both looks so SMALL....
probably due to the ID?not sure..but was expecting more frm EW...
The garden behind the house also looks nothing,no decorative at all,just feel that it's only slightly better thn those old style terrace, but didn't gives a "wow" factor to the audience..

With the company vision to create the best township in Malaysia, hope EW will do something on it...

probably..but all this while we were impressed by the event being organized...yesterday was the first time we see something in real... somehow it create some sort of dissapoinment, less "grand" & "majestic"......As what thy hv done in event organizing, we expect the actual development should & could be better...

kinda agree.... both 1D & 2D don't demonstrate it's "largest&premium" feel of it's type...

for cluster,main problem is the balcony.
For DSL,the 1D first floor living hall also smaller thn expected... 1C even worst... the first floor living hall as if there's no use at all,only can use for decorative purpose... from all the show unit for dsl,only 1B looks good...
From all the living hall,eg. the stairs design, 2E looks the best..at least gave some spacious feel... hopefully some of the design can be carry to DSL and cluster too...

It's correct tht it's abt the buyer expectation...
for 1A,it's expected to be small,so there's the correct expectation...thts y 1B is showing great...
but for 1D,being the largest for cradleton (with avg ~200k price diff frm 1A),.it's normal to expect more out from it.....
same goes to 2D....being the largest for cluster,the expectation would be bigger too....
we also do not want the developer to focus too much in the marketing and less focus in actual development.... after all,we as buyer buy the property due to ,the concept,the facade, the environment...and of course,we believe EW, as a brand.... we also "thought" that being the first launch of the 1089acres township, the cradleton and tenderfield will definitely gives the wow effect....
probably, all of this dissapoinment is due to we set the expectation too high (as every day we are counting down for the show village launching......)

hope tht EW can furnish the back land garden to show up the actual look and feel....this is something within our precint too... probably with all the dissapoinment,EW can do something to cheer back the emotion,without changing any content of the S&P.eg. free solar system?(inline with eco concept too), smart home(also can be eco)?3tier security (this gonna hard to do by buyer,if it wasn't done by developer )? ....with this,I believe all will be satisfied wink.gif

notworthy.gif how would you know the house is 23ft? u managed to measure it? In fact, I don't really feel the spaciousness of the Cradleton 1C, 1D unit too (I don't compare 1A,1B as it was expected to be smaller. No expectation, hence no dissapointment).. Some of the TK, TKJ have mentioned earlier, it could be due to ID. Probably, but I have no comment until I re-visit it again with a lower expectation.... tongue.gif like what johloh did.

To me it's very simple, the top notch of it's class Eg. 1D for Cradleton, 2D for Cluster Tenderfield is expected to portrait it's top notch feel as compare to other type.
