The opening of the show village was superb.
From the food to treatment of the buyers by the staff (very VIP) all were very good. The buyers were willing to stand in the rain with ponchos without complain! Shows how dedicated the buyers are to EW!

After visiting the show unit for 1A, I went home with mixed feelings and disappointment. My personal feelings:-

1. Upstairs rooms are small. Overhead a bratty teenager say " so small like dog house, not for people stay".
2. Master bedroom balcony is a big letdown. Nothing like the pictures. Too small and narrow and the concrete slab that fronts the balcony is too high, making the space feel cramp. Honestly it feels like a storage area and doesn't make me feel like want to spend time in the balcony. I really like 1B's balcony tho. Appropriate height.
3. Workmanship so-so. Fittings seem ok. Can get rain shower ah?
4. No complaints for downstairs. Room/ Kitchen/ Living room is acceptable.

Hopefully EW is reading this thread. Please take note and make the buyers satisfied. I would prefer if less money is spent on fireworks and more on making the actual product great. That would be EW's best marketing tool. Anyone know how to make a official suggestion to EW?

Thanks.

overall the event looks good and organized, even with rain...but a bit dissapointed with the show house. The largest terrace1D(24x75) do not gives a feel of "grand"nor "big".... same goes to largest cluster(2D).. both looks so SMALL....
probably due to the ID?not sure..but was expecting more frm EW...
The garden behind the house also looks nothing,no decorative at all, just feel that it's only slightly better thn those old style terrace, but didn't gives a "wow" factor to the audience..

With the company vision to create the best township in Malaysia, hope EW will do something on it...

I agree... I think with all the events leading up to this EW
has always exceeded our expectations...expected the same "wow" factor with the show house. Now it just seems like any other mediocre development.

Can the 1A room sizes be made larger if the upstairs landing made smaller? And hopefully EW does something about the balcony, or else it will serve no purpose other than just eating up space of the master bedroom like what samkor says.

Wow, really plenty of mixed feedbacks here.

Seems, most people enjoyed the great & grand opening of the Sales Gallery, stunned with the Gazebo and event until some mixed feelings towards the respective showhouses, bit as expected with quite usual, nothing 100%

The feedbacks here are hearing and I am sure some of u might rcv the email feedback from EW to put more feedback on how u feel on the grand event. Thats the most important element that the dev willing to put initiative to ask us and feedback, I bought so many houses, I never rcv so many emails and text how I feel about this & that, the services were exellent.

I would put feedbacks when I able to visit the Show Village & all Showhouses on next few days and see I can chat something about that.

For houses like 1A and 1B, 20x70 and 22x70 are something more or less like that, was expected small and not huge. However, ID really played a huge plays into the space decoration.

Perhaps it would be a surprise that the contractors under tested period and some partitions were overused, thus the space looks smaller.

Below is my email to EcoMajestic management, hope they treat my feed back seriously:

"As one of  the early buyers of Tenderfield 2D, I would like to express my disappointment after the visit of the Show Gallery for the actual show unit. Generally I like the design, but I found the show unit build up dimensions is not exactly according to the S&P floor plan whereby the width of the house is only about 23ft which is lack of hefty 2ft! This is in contrast to those Cradleton show units whereby their built up are exactly 24ft or 22ft in width and make those units feel and look spacious than Tenderfield. By just looking at those Cradleton show units, I can't imagine those Cradleton corner/end lots will be even more spacious than Tenderfield due to extra 2ft they have. This is really NOT acceptable whereby we paid premium for cluster semi-D but end up our build up (width) is less than terrace house (Cradleton).

I hope EcoWorld take my feedback seriously when construct the actual units to prevent the dispute when comes to Vacant Possession."

Don't think Cradleton end lot/ Corner lot has extra 2 feet.
