You can try doing factory reset first to see if it solve your problem

Nope.. after I did the factory reset, the phone is fine for the 1st hour then the problem come back after that...
that why I've send the phone to Sony Service Centre.. sweat.gif sweat.gif sweat.gif

oh no
today i woke up
my phone is dead

dont know whats the problem because last night i charging like usual
maybe battery fully flat out
but i cant recgharge using usb / magnetic or pc suite sad.gif

guess i must get ready for the worst
and my wallet

Battery lifespan is just way too short compared to other smartphones perhaps?
Mine bought for more than a year and half, cant even last for half a day @@

lifespan for any lithium ion cell is 1 year. Normally, if you can't get the desired battery life that's battery wear, which nothing you can do as lithium cells are subjected to wear and tear.
Also, if you often have a complete charge cycle (from 0-100%) it's very common that battery wear out faster. I used my z ultra for 1 year and 2 months and my battery degraded a little. It's because I normally charge my phone at 35-45%, rarely go beyond that percentage. I only do a complete charge cycle every month to maintain the battery for long term usage.

cheapest place to do replacement for usb cover?

mine broke few months ago, and just only recently the entire cover fell off while i didnt notice and lost it for good.

i rarely let my phone go below 60% battery, will charge it whenever it hits 60%, is it good? cry.gif

Same case here, I've sent mine to Sony's Service Center to claim warranty.
Sent in 6 May... no news until today cry.gif

Have you called the service Centre and ask for your phone status? In my case they never call me. I'm the one calling them for status of my phone

Sounds like my phone issue (Red LED blinking).

Till today I have no idea what went wrong. It went down for 2 days and I gave up only to have the phone back and running fine since then.
