Anyone tried replacing our Z1 internal battery ? Mine is draining fast and i still havent upgrade to lollipop...

Someone did in this thread.. i think several pages back..

^I just sent my in yesterday to SEMS AMcorp mall to change Z1 battery. Quoted me RM 163 today.. need about 2 weeks to replace??

gonna chase them, hope can get back early next week. The guy said paying customers should be faster ma..

but seems like quite many having battery issue around this time eh..

yeah, most who bought z1 in 2013, it's already been like 18 months usage. so all also battery worn off around the same time

Ha, so long never back to this thread.
After update to Lollipop, i start to feel slowness.
And there is one noon, after i restart my phone the photo i snap on that day all gone...
Try used third party tools to recover it then whole album messed up...
Hopefully the new release will fix all the issues.

i don't feel any slowness or lag with lollipop. the only thing i will really complain about is the low volume for ringtone and notification

i also have USB port cover issue and battery issue ... :|

I guess so since SEMS is sony authorised service center. I did ask price from online lyn as well, cheaper but need to wait for the battery 2 weeks or more I think. 1gadget I also asked and said RM 100 but wait 2 weeks, but not really convince with their service so didn't try although I bought the phone from them..lol.

anyway, I got back my phone today already. So it was quite fast, sent on Wed and retrieve today. BTW, about RM 9 is for the GST.. so is RM 154 for the fixing. Pretty satisfied on the service, the guy who layan me, answer all my questions properly. They also fix my screen panel which was sticking out/loose on the power button side maybe due to battery bulging..

Just need to self follow up and call them if want latest update on the phone status aside from checking online.

hey everyone. my phone suddenly switched off by itself. and i can't restart it. the battery was at least 60% before the screen got blacked out. any solutions to this?

i tried pressing/holding the start up button but no avail.

my area got sony centre but dint accept xperia phone for repair


now i have to send with normal dealer to repair
buy ori phone but no privilege
