been using my phone these few days and i can say i do not feel and battery drain on the latest lollipop firmware. now i can easily get 3.5 hours SOT, on some occasion 4 hours. that is exactly the same amount of SOT when i first got my new z1 back then with JB. so, for those who experience battery drain with lollipop, i suggest u do a factory reset.

imma do a soft factory reset soon on my Z Ultra. maybe my settings in previous Kitkat firmware caused the battery life to be a little haywire.

For me lollipop seems nice but not really meant for Z1, for instance after coming out from an app, the screen took quite a few seconds to refresh before showing all icons properly.

not sure about amcorp mall. some say good service some say bad.
but normally replacing battery is faster.

According to ckchan, he got free replacement for battery and screen at the curve SC as well.

but the curve is collection point only. they also send to plaza berjaya for repair. that's y it will take longer time

Anyone having problem after upgraded to lollipop ?
My Z1 after upgraded to lollipop 2 problems like below:
1. Auto Shut Down (Turn off my itself)
2. Sometime unable to charge, I turn it off the message prompt "Your device is over heated...." ("No installing any games")
I've sent to warranty claim. Hope they fix the problem for me.
The Phone was brought from Authorised Sony Shop.

I think I had the same problem as 2. After update to lollipop , my phone was always hit and battery draining like water... It's like some apps are constantly running in background. I did a factory reset and then only my phone settle down .

btw, new firmware certified. Most probably bug fixes and include close all button in recent
