Hi, I want to know :

1. Do I need to pack my items (clothes) into a box or something else before I pass it to the post office? OR do they provide packaging service for us (I just bring my clothes) to them ?

Ensure that u have the poslaju tracking no and ask them not to send the item to ur address coz ur will collect it at their office.. nod.gif

hi, i would just like to know how fast does gdex update their e-tracking system, or is their e-tracking system having the same situation like poslaju's (which never works).

cuz i've paid for my item more than 2 weeks ago and the guy keeps delaying my item cry.gif , and then i requested a refund and suddenly the guy said my item was sent (today). he gave me a gdex tracking number but when i go to gdex website to check the tracking number is not registered. so is it possible that gdex havent update their system yet or the guy just conned me?

For Poslaju & registered mail/parcel mail, it's by weight.
Postage rates :
http://www.pos.com.my/V1/main2.asp?c=/v1/P...PostageMain.htm

However, if your poslaju parcel is bigger than 30 cm, they will count by Volumetric weight (or the parcel weight if it is heavier).

Volumetric Weight = (Width x Height x Thickness) / 6000

For Pos Express, it's a standard price for each envelope or box

I sent my text books before.. Using parcel mail. Bought the box from the post office as well.. It was just RM 2 / RM 2.50 for a thick cardboard box. Doesn't require wrapping. Better use box if it's alot as you wouldnt want the books to tear or anything. I remember it was RM 8.50 for a very big stack of books

Pospak boxes
30 x 20 x 11 cm : RM 2
40 x 25 x 15 cm : RM 3

Can't recall the other size >.<
