As you all know, i dont buy new property to flip, but buy for renting. Last weekend, 3 of my tenant sms and whatapps me to give notice of termination. They say they dont want to rent anymore. They tell me they just bought some cheap dead chicken. 1 30% below market price, 2 move to Pr1ma house. Today another 2 tenant called and terminate. HWAA....how to tahan like that I faster call agent to look for tenant he told me now so many new condo vp very difficult to rent out unlessi cut rent by 30%. Die lah like that, i still got 90% loan not yet pay. Monthly instalment keep adding to the cost of house. I must offload quick quick. Latok latok here pls buy from me cheap cheap at fire sale price. Cannot tahan the monthly instalment, if still dont sell now market go down further in 2016. And 2017 market will be worse because student say property crash take a few years to bottom, so bearbear should wait until 2017 at that time my cheras DSL now worth RM1.2m sure fire sale at 500k only. BMW at proton price.

Crash started already so tai kah poh zhong, ok ?

u r lucky if can slash rent by 30%, my side here, tenants said, rent 1 month free 3 months woh....if not, they said they prefer go tfk lor.....

My tenant say my shop tor Sui kar, business also need bankrupt.

Now need me to pay him back if want him to rent my shop..according to his theory my shop is worth nothing and he rent just help me jaga my shop...KNN I tell him I tfk also no energy dy because I refinanace my shop dy and I still owe bank 120% debt..

Now I rent out also die , not rent out also die..

Tiget kor pls help me ask what gigolo market in Thailand..

I day I take <removed> can stand 5 times..all others stunt can perform with tips tongue.gif

My friend got 1 shop in seminyih...1400 sq ft , facing main road, location very good leh

Rental 50k one months, if u confirm tonight rent one month free 4 months...he told me his shop worth 7 mil, now will to let go at 800k tongue.gif
