Lansri...actually I was thinking to go jabatan perdaftaran negara to pay some kopi n fake a death certificate n I pass to my wife to submit to the bank n become all free properties as got mrta. Then I run road to land of gigolo to meet up with latosri if he happens to get a job there.

if not go sabah n join project ic n get a new name tan ti gerr.

Later when Klse tumbled to 100 point I hantam bluechip, I no worry no money as my Investment in laoda YSML & Fat Emperor SureWin4U will be mature in 2016 then I sapu all of your landed plus highrise in Melaka save your from Akpk. .sui boh ?

i no eye see liao.....u want sapu, u sapu bersih bersih lar....i only hope after u sapu, u can let me sleep in the lorong behind one of my house which i ll now extend the canopy out and make a private toilet first.... laugh.gif

How much you wanna rent out ? I looking for 1 room, I decide to rent out alll my house to collect rental to cover my mortgage, previously I over borrowed, now quite tight budget,

But will share room with 4 other fellows, don't worry we all straight one, you also know them one, Tigerr, Jliew, AppreciativeMan & Showtime747, I will pay for the rent, then I sub sub rent to them.

Later we no need to chat in forum, we can talk about our failed investment face to face.

If ok you pm me the address, then fix a date all of us can meet up to see the room.

bearbear no joke...market bad liao. Very soon dead chicken coming. Goodview now 729k, next year VP sure 700k. Those people sure no holding power. Then 2016 sure 675k. Wait till 2017 drop to 625k, then bottom only buy. Student say property will take a few years to bottom. He is absolutely right notworthy.gif

More tightening measure of financial institution coming...

Die liao die liao.....BNM asking for feedback because they want tighten the lending to SME and micro business....just like the tightening of housing loan. When SME difficult to get loan, the business will collapse. Then more unemployment coming....

bearbear, wait for 2017. Our student say property will take years to reach bottom. Don't buy so soon....Green Terrain will drop to RM350k....

current measures are keeping prices not moving, if price not moving, everyone are selling those price with those spec.. sell lower sure got come see, maybe lower 20k to 30k? sure got ppl come see

Of course bearbear. Not moving ? Those price "call" by agent only. They secretly ask the seller to reduce price dy. Transacted price is now about -5% liao...

Let those buy 20k-30k lower. I believe the price will fall 200k in 2-3 years time. Then only you go in....
