Listen to our student. His lecturer professor teach him property crash takes years to reach bottom. Next year you buy only -10%. Wait till 2017. It will be -30%. About RM200k below current price. Your BMW is coming your way at Camry price !

His birdnest business no effect one. Just like he rape 60 y/o woman not a crime. Importantly, all SME kena affected and have to cut cost. Many people unemployed. Then no job cannot pay installment. Fire sale coming ! cry.gif

bbw.....2015 i still can tahan....but 2016 i ll sell below spa price 50% if 2015 cannot up. if not 2017 comes, really have to sell below 95%......u better wait till 2018 to pick the bottom price.... icon_idea.gif

That is good price..based on my experience parklane can down to 180k ,amaya might less than 200k...

Now is inflated price..bank already stop lending money..economy going to collapse soon..

If someone offer amaya 200k u also better don't buy..keep the cash and buy to rice better

Later unemploy everywhere, farmer also no mood to farm , rice price will higher than gold

Ya loh, buy food first, buy what house...... So many vacant unit, look at mk, bj area so many new unit....later rent cheap cheap.... Buy foreign curr and klse better... House price are over inflated, who want to buy from flippers, when no buyer, how flipper can flip...
