Although I think 900k is a bit stretching, but who knows ? If mostly for own stay, supply will be less, so price will be up.

Increase so much don't know can or not. But the downside is almost non-existance. Because bearbear himself say this project BTS no flipper buy one.

So, you missed the boat....again ?

But you call price so high, together with other flippers you all call price push high high. And market have to accept the price and force others to buy expensive.

You call price RM700k per acre, RM600k for small chinese new village land, that is ridiculous price and push the whole market high high. All because you are flippers and cause genuine homebuyer suffer.

The student will say "bearbear and flippers go yak si !"
