I view that both same developers, same concept, good view heights boys who bought for investment will most probably targeting at 900k plus, not a good move

Firstly, could u check did u install any good deal detection software in your brain ah?..... 
Or at least do a virus check on your brain first to make sure no corrupted software... can ah?....   
If not, its a total waste of time telling whats good to u leh...... u cant even kno it.....   

Or money drop from sky like inherit your parents/family land is the only good deal to u??..... 

sometimes good deal to u is bad to me. Bad deal to u is good deal for me....Some prefer drive bmw sporty car. Some prefer drive land cruise 4 wheels. But bbw has no choice, he cant afford n hence apa deal pun only can see can tok kok but cannot touch....

I have strong feeling that property will at record high again next year and gap between rich n poor will become wider n wider.goverment almost pok Kai already and slowly reducing subsidy and increase revenue thru many form of taxes..
Fuel price increase, subsidy reduce plus GST chain effect no way will lower down production cost..
I hope my prediction is wrong as rather wish property market increase in slow n steady pace..

Ok bear i give u second example, recently i bought a unit of highrise, i end up paying 10% more compared to 6 months ago, same thing i can afford back  then, but i look2 see2, thinking2 & wait, that 10% is enough for me to pay all legal & SnP fees plus renovation, Showtime tell you 5-10% i will tell you 10% every 6 months more likely.
