Guys, hoping to get some input.

I read in this thread that someone mentioned the 1-hour approval is still in effect at the two branches mentioned in the first post. I'm thinking of going today, don't think I'll be able to be there before 7 as I get off work at 6.

I don't need to get it within the hour, but if it's only available the next day, or even next Monday, is there any possibility that they can mail it to a different branch for collection?

Also, I was told that nowadays, you don't need all the documents, they can just check your epf statement...Is that true?

Need advise from u guys. Last two weeks I've already applied this maybank 2 cards. When call maybank service centre they dont have my record. Ive contacted the branch where ive submitted the form and they said already send. Ive ask him to push since need to use the card before thia december. Kindly advise me on this matter. Should i make a new application at other branch? Thanks

2) when was the branch send the form for you?

2) I've submitted the form on 10th Oct.

Do you have M2U? If yes, it shall be appear in your account. If not mistaken, I have both of the cards appeared in my M2U system after 1 week I submit the application and receiving a welcome SMS from Maybank. I only take the cards after another week.
If you don't have the above 2, I'm quite sure the officer either never submit the form or forgot already.
Suggest to apply on another branch and llok for their senior officer. Looking for those "kucing kurap" officer may result to your current situation.

Yes, I have Maybank2u..since already contacted the hotline and they've seen to not have my application. When ask the branch officer, he said already submit and might take 2 weeks until 2 months furthermore can't ask them to hurry up since I need to use it. (T_T)

I suggest you to is initiate a formal inquiry into this matter. A missing application containing all the P&C info is a concern. At the same time, re-submit your application since you need it fast. This time direct submission, not thru any branch, except for maybankard centers.

Already called the center just now. He advice me to apply using their phone and all documents will be sent through fax or email and I can trace the status with same salesperson. He said, supposedly it should take only 3 working days after the submission to be in their system. I didn't think my application would be missing. Maybe the officer at branch is too lazy or didn't send it.   

you mentioned the branch officer said he sent your form already. did you ask when he sent? on the same day 10/10?
