Somebody kill him........anyone who doesn't know where Gold Coast is deserves to die.........

AirAsia X has got landing rights to the Coolangatta Airport and Avalon in Melb. Coolangatta Airport is probably the most interesting airport in OZ; one half is on NSW, the other side is in QLD. Seriously.

Getting there and back will be a problem through, as the train only goes down to Robina from Brisbane. From Robina you still need to take a bus to the airport: no idea about connectivity. Coolangatta Airport is about 90KM from Brisbane............go figure.

brisbane is close by to gold coast lah .. so thats why he needs to take a train ..

i doubt they are going to have deals for students. they are a budget airline to start off with so i really doubt there's going to be student rates. but then again, i might be wrong, hopefully tongue.gif

I was born and bred in Sarawak, and I'd probably die there. Once a Kuchingite, always a Kuchingite, no matter where we go.

Dr Wen Soong? ahh everyone in the school of EE knows Wen Soong is a very nice lecturer. He didn't teach me though but I approaced him before regarding work experience. He is a really really nice guy. He had just returned after a year long study leave and everyone is happy to see him back in the department again.

Do you know whether he's married already or not? As I'm going to work under him for my postgraduate study, it's important to find it out whether he has any intention to leave the university or not. You know lar, half way supervisor cabut is terrible sometimes... If he's married and settled down in Adelaide already, then the possibility to leave is low.

Fun stuff. Just leave your young adult self at home and let the 7 year old in you out for some fresh air. Seriously, it's one wicked place.

well its another HUEG funfair, with farm animals (and their smelly dung yucks) thrown into the mix as well lol. be prepared to fork out money though. you'd be spending like mad there. if i were to go again this year i'd go on this saturday when everyone wants to clear stock, especially the fresh food. saw my friend buying 2 bucks of oranges, huge plastic bag full of it last year

Trinity foundation? Monash foundation?

Monash university requires international students to take ISAT before applying to medicine. Melbourne University(through Trinity) does not require ISAT or UMAT, but there isn't Bachelor of Medicine/Bachelor of Surgery/Bachelor of Medical Science in 2009 due to the Melbourne Model. Although, Bachelor of Medicine/Bachelor of Surgery is still offered(2009 being the last year as undergraduate). 2009 is also the last year Bachelor of Dental science in Melbourne University.

The score for Medicine and Dentistry for Melbourne Uni through trinity is 98% average. Yes, it is tough you virtually cannot afford to lose any marks. But, Trinity is a very good course, I've learnt a lot here. I am planning for Bachelor of Dental Science next year in 2008.
