QUOTE(wca @ Apr 18 2015, 06:21 PM) hi, this may be a common question, but just want to make a quick check as i didnt see it in post #1 i have been told by a card agent that only transactions of RM50 or more are entitled for CB if lets say: 1st to 9th transaction = RM 50 each 10th transaction = RM 30 11th transaction = RM 50 12th transaction = RM 30 * all within selected categories the CB will be activated after the 11th transaction (10 x RM 50) for transaction 1-9 and 11. My question is: do i get CB for transaction 10 and 12? thanks Yes, u will get the cashback for all 12 transaction as long as it is within ur selected categories.

Applies few days ago, agent told me no cask back will be given if swipe less than RM50 (within selected items and condition is fulfillment). I was like... zzz how come as an agent who doesn't know about this thing

QUOTE(supersound @ Apr 18 2015, 06:32 PM) With AF, you are still getting 8.6% of cash back. Still the highest cash back card in Malaysia if you spend/swipe rm1000 sharp a month for your selected categories ok....another way to look at it...interesting

QUOTE(hitch80 @ Apr 19 2015, 08:27 PM) ok....another way to look at it...interesting I make it very simple, this shall not be your first card. Only get this card if your spending average on 1500-2000 every month. If you spend on other categories, it will dilute your cash back. And you can use it to make some extra money

Those that won't change much from month to month. Utility bills (for those with high ones), phone bill, and grocery/petrol (depending which one is more). For those 'one-off' bills use Maybank2Kard or AEON.
