1%, which most of the OCBC Titanium users got by paying through OCBC online banking. Paying with MBB AMEX or Aeon Watami is a better choice here.

Seriously HLB needs to buck up. Rude customer service and unwilling to waive anything requested. What is the point of being a loyal customer by spending tens of thousands. No customer retention policy at all.

Ok wait a sec, you are actually confusing me on 2 things:

1. You did not ask me how to pay ASTRO bill in HLB Conect with CC, your question was:

The questions is how many rebate u can get by paying astro in HLB connect?

So I answered your question, which is 1% if you use HLB Essential or Fortune. But the weird thing is when I tried to select my HLB Essential, it won't let me choose, instead there is just Wise card to choose.

2. I never mentioned that you can pay ASTRO bill through HLB Connect using other credit cards other than HLB. In fact you can never do that. Besides. you can pay through ASTRO portal using any Visa/Mastercard, other than that you can go to ASTRO Lifestyle Centre and pay with your AMEX, which is what most of us here do I think.

Ok....these questions have been asked for several times but there are some clarification that need to be made

1) Wise Card AF waived.....i saw a post stated they managed to get it waived due to their eligibility? So how to be eligible?

I saw this in V2 thread, but I did not find the HOW to be eligible.

2) Maxis Fibre considered mobile right? I dont think Wise Card is too wise to know the difference?

1st year they should be waiving it directly(subject to the agent/officer served you).
2nd year have to try your luck, if they waive, you will be charged by rm50 GST only. Like you get rm50 charged on this month(now no more as it is abolished), the AF would be charged on 1st day on next month. If you are getting it waived, you won't see anything on this from your statement. But if they charge you AF, you can always call the card center to ask to be waived, 5% of the chance you will get it only.
3rd year no exception, you won't get it waived no matter what happens.

hi, this may be a common question, but just want to make a quick check as i didnt see it in post #1

i have been told by a card agent that only transactions of RM50 or more are entitled for CB

if lets say:

1st to 9th transaction = RM 50 each
10th transaction = RM 30
11th transaction = RM 50
12th transaction = RM 30
* all within selected categories

the CB will be activated after the 11th transaction (10 x RM 50) for transaction 1-9 and 11. My question is: do i get CB for transaction 10 and 12?

thanks

With AF, you are still getting 8.6% of cash back.
Still the highest cash back card in Malaysia if you spend/swipe rm1000 sharp a month for your selected categories thumbup.gif
