so happy terminated my wise plat, now cs offered to downgrade to wise gold and waive annual fee.

can see my wise gold appear in HL connect d, now eagerly waiting for my new card to arrive.

Sorry, I have a Question here. I just got my WISE card not long ago... Today I received my first statement.

There is a "GST SVC FEE CHARGE - RM50"

What is that? That is not a annual fee right? Can I waive off?

That's why don't get cheated by the 10%, actual are lower.
Now without rm50 that replaced with rm9 of GST, the actual cash back is 8.6%  

hi, this may be a common question, but just want to make a quick check as i didnt see it in post #1

i have been told by a card agent that only transactions of RM50 or more are entitled for CB

if lets say:

1st to 9th transaction = RM 50 each
10th transaction = RM 30
11th transaction = RM 50
12th transaction = RM 30
* all within selected categories

the CB will be activated after the 11th transaction (10 x RM 50) for transaction 1-9 and 11. My question is: do i get CB for transaction 10 and 12?
