Clicking image or highlighting it just crashes file explorer..
This is so stupid. Think i'll revert back to 8.1.

Way to go Microsoft.

no issue here. did you do a clean install, or still stay at the straight-upgrade only?

Problem is no such issue at the beginning. Now after each windows update. It just got worse for me, for some reason.
Either that or CCleaner issue, since forgot to update it to Windows 10 version before using it, which could cause this issue.
I did a sfc scannow and etc.. But didn't find any problem. Might as well stay away from all this apps for now as well.

I've been meaning to do a clean install for a while now, but didn't have the time yet.
Guess i'll do it today laugh.gif

Might give clean install a try maybe, or just revert back  whistling.gif

if it's not working well for you, try a clean install. if not, just revert.

if possible do the reversion first, before 30-day expiry period is up. we still have no clue what will happen after that date. there were reports mentioned that our old windows key will be consumed for w10 upgrade. the problem is that we don't know when, and we have no confirmation that the old key will be invalidated or not after that (even if many reported that ms will not do that). the only hint we can get about that expiry date is based on the expiry date that windows.old is kept for us to roll back.

whatever you do, create a system image/disk clone that contains os that is already activated, and fully patched, as fail-safe. it's much quicker to restore the system with it than doing a fresh install and redo everything again.

Chrome is the best IMO. I installed ADBlock on it , it's the fastest compared to other browser.

Hmm, ISO mount option will gone if you set to open ISO with other 3rd party softwares like WinRar / 7zip. hmm.gif
Easy way to fix is Open With > Explorer (set always open with this app).

You will definitely get some minor problems here and there if you just upgrade from Win 7 or 8.1 cause windows registry is mixing up here and there and sometime make your OS confuse.

For long term concern, do the clean installation after upgrade. You will taste the smoothness and problem free Win 10
