At first the startup was darn slow for the first few days after upgrade. Now the start up got better. Haha I guess my laptop needs to warm up after a few reboots. Getting the hang with the new windows.

After fresh install no need to do driver clean up.

Refreshing pc will remove all the driver as well? I thought it will remove the installed programes only...

I didn't get hang with the new windows... I just experienceed the start button and the notification center not working sometimes...

I refresh my pc and removed everything. My drivers were removed as well, hence, I downloaded most of my drivers again. To be frank, this is the best method to have Windows 10 error free or, by reformatting/fresh install.

Some apps/programs doesn't work on my notification panel as well.

Wow, that's time consuming.... How do u knw which driver to be installed after refreshing ur pc ?

Basically, you need to know the hardwares that are inside your rig. In my case, the most important drivers are Catalyst 15.7.1 for my ARES III gpu, drivers for my MOBO the Maximus VII Formula, Mouse and Keyboard from Mad Catz, and finally for the sound card the Xonar Phoebus Solo. All the others are automatically updated through Windows update. Though I did lose all of my Win 8.1 Desktop Theme modifications...

Add those to address bar
Control Panel\Network and Internet\Network Connections

Pick your connection

Click Property

Change below dns to 8.8.8.8 or others

Is there any software that help us to remember which drivers and software to be installed?

I don't know why but my download is running super slow on Media Creation Tool of Windows 10. :'(

I share your pain brother, last friday it took approximately 12 hours on my Streamyx
1MB connection to finish downloading the iso for Windows 10. During that time, I spent it watching a marathon of ONE HD Korean Dramas to pass the time... Hopefully it won't be the same in your case. Our net connection in my area is very slow like, s**t slow. But hang in there! Once your pc is upgraded, all that waiting will be well worth it

Just found a rather small but amusing glitch/bug in Windows 10. My PC charges faster than most of the existing computers.

(The counter always stuck at 1 minute)

For me, after upgrde to Windows 10 AMD get activated, I perform the clean install to get a fresh Windows. It is so smooth. Get the Windows Update and it is automatically download the Realtek driver. Later, sound issue solved.

I think right now the download speed is quite slow from Microsoft, it's only around half the speed I'm getting compared to when I downloaded during midnight 2 days ago.
I got careless though, just created a bootable USB drive without making a backup of the ISO file, and my Win10 failed to load up after I updated my graphic card driver. I then realized I created the bootable drive for BIOS format instead of UEFI which my laptop is using.
Now I have to re-download the ISO file again.

I found a useful guide, which said you can use non-Windows OS, or use your mobile phone to access the link below:

And instead of redirecting you to the link to download media creation tool, you can actually select Windows 10 version and 32, 64bit version ISO file to download directly from Microsoft server. In that case, you can use download manager to download, instead of through the Media Creation Tool.
