Anyone experience with LOU claim. I wonder how long does the insurance company need time to deposit the money?

I make claim of LOU from etiqa since end of September 2017 and no news till now. Roughly 2 month now. Consider normal or too late?

Hi can anyone help me clarify this.

my car got rammed from the back by another car. it seems that the car that rammed into me has an expired insurance. so the workshop said i have to claim from my insurance which will affect my NCD. any other option?

Hi, very good info. If a tree branch, roadside, on a private residential taman fell on my car, am I entitled to claim OD KFK? Will this void my NCB? It is a company car

yes u need to attend the court to testify your self. just follow what your lawyer (insruance yang appoint) said.

you dont need to pay a dime. but you have to go through the hassle of court procedure. and time of course.

did he injured badly if yes - its gonna drag 2-3 years.

Depends.

U can get 100% from the sum insured if ur policy has endorsement 87 aka agreed value. U can find 87 number at the bottom left side.

If u dont hae, just refer to mudaah ur model, should be around that figure.

Got into an accident a while back. Do I need to submit the other party police report to claim his insurance ? Is it still required since I already have the keputusan from the investigating police. ?

Thank you.
